Why is it impossible to find a shorter (aprox 50” or less) 1” barbell? I want to do some DL’s or bent over rows at home with the 1” plates I have. I see a lot of EZ curl bars for sale but I want a straight bar

@Sean Monahan there was a few tweets/reports of him being in concussion protocol. I dont know how accurate they are tho

OEL's reaction seems to suggest it is head related again - if so Poolman may be unable to play anytime soon. Nux get LTIR relief but that doesn't cover bonuses so there can be a downside going forward.
The causes of recurring migraines that he has are not well known and not necessarily curable. It can be debilitating for years and years for anyone, not just hockey players.

@Canucks Curse and just a little bit of finish? He was getting a bunch of scoring chances. An extra goal or assist here and there would go a long way I bet. He definitely feeds off of confidence.

Who is good at breaking down stats? One thing Id like to see is goals scored relative to the context of the game i.e game winners are obviously very important goals vs scoring a goal in 1-4 loss or scoring the fifth goal in a 5-2 win. Im curious how Boeser’s goal scoring breaks down in this context.

Car Detailers: what’s your goto sealant durability wise other than a ceramic coating? My car parks under an oak tree and the sap/pollen/watermark residue gets pretty nasty. AND I have a black car so 2x the fun. I could do a ceramic coating but paint correction would take forever. Maybe I should just do that. Or, if you can recommend a spray sealant that works Im all ears. Dont mind re-applying once a week. FYI Meguiars M21 synth sealant doesnt last long/hold up.

@Angry Gooseyou know, I thought the same initially, until I read some articles on it. It seems they threw alot of hints in there that I missed and were clearly for the real fans who were really paying attention. If you caught those sprinkled through the episodes and still disliked it, ok...but I am going to rewatch it now because I think it was actually better than I thought - but I missed the subtle hints...

@nuckinasia I couldnt get past a bunch of the exposition. Way too many corny moments occurring at the wrong time. For example: if youre in the upside down, pretty sure youre too terrified to tell corny jokes and have these romance moments. There was just too much of type of stuff every episode for me. S1 had a much more serious horror/thriller vibe. I miss that.

Good Trent Cull interview. Should put to rest any concerns that he doesnt have the best interests/development of players in mind. I think with the support of new mgmt. group Cull should be able to really hone in on being patient w/ Canucks prospects

Push for the playoffs? Yah, that train has left the station, with or without Motte. This version of the Canucks will be lucky if they end the season 2-3 games above .500. I'll be shocked if the Canucks can play .500 hockey the rest of the season.
The best fourth line in the NHL is going to give you a good shot at the playoffs? Not likely when your best players aren't the best players every night.
