  1. Our own Dylan Larkin clone
  2. I assume he'll sign after the season as well. I could definitely be wrong about 3 years
  3. Horvat and Juolevi played junior and Boeser is in college, you can't be under contract while playing college but you can in junior. That's why those guys signed before him. He has until the end of next season before he can be a free agent so there's no need to worry quite yet.
  4. Big ups to the investigative work, I'm so glad I didn't have to go find all those quotes haha. I'm a he not a she but aside from that, bang on!
  5. I did find your name, I used the information you provided to prove you lied. I googled the round and year and found out that player never played for LSU like you claimed and his career ended not off of injury but inability, unlike you said.
  6. Once he gets called out he avoids that thread afterwards haha. +1 for the Larry David picture.
  7. And aren't you the guy that said they played professional sports? Went and said you were drafted in the 5th round of 1998, said you blew your arm out at LSU and then I used google to debunk you? You have to lie just to try and make your points seem valid, which still doesn't work, don't try so hard, you try hard.

  9. It's people like you that make everyone hate Canuck fans. I'm realistic not negative, I said I like the pick but saying he is the most NHL ready prospect is just wrong, 1+1 never = 3 yet in your case you want it to. Ekblad would be the obvious most NHL ready player from the draft, you can say he's not all you want but he is, Reinhart is more NHL ready and I'm sure you'll say he isn't too. JV was a great pick with where we were slotted. Don't get so emotional lady, you must be on your cycle.
  10. There are guys in this draft more NHL ready then JV, I'm a big fan of the pick but that is a stupid statement.
  11. In 1998 the Texas Rangers drafted Ryan Dittfurth in the 5th round, and while you got his position right, he was a pitcher, he didn't go to LSU...kid was drafted out of high school and went straight to the minors. Never went to college. Good story Al Bundy.
  12. This Canucks team was great just a few years ago but if you can't see that they are a shell of that now then you probably think frolicking unicorns exist and your opinion is wrong. And I hate it when people say "everyone has their opinion" on every subject, an opinion is you like red and I like blue, but when you are saying 1+1=3 then it isn't opinion and you're wrong. I LOVE the Canucks and want the team to win a cup but get real, this squad isn't good. They could end up playing above their heads for the year and that still doesn't make us a cup contender.
  13. I hope Virtanen does end up being that guy. I agree that it is weird but it's not something you can bank on to happen either. The Canucks are certainly on the right track with their prospect pool, finally a group of prospects to be excited about.
  14. They each picked at least 1 impact player in the top 3. I'm also by no means saying the way I'd go about it is the right way, it's just the way I think would work.
  15. That same losing atmosphere that changed the Penguins, Blackhawks and Kings? The Avalanche look headed in that direction as well. Get real, if you're drafting the right guys that's how you win. And you can certainly find those guys all throughout the first and all 7 rounds of the draft but I'd take my chances drafting high. I'm sure you played sports at a suuuper high level there Milbury
