This was taken on the 15th during that cold snap..it was about 5 inches but signs were up..NO Skating..its been milder since then so I would say no....
Stick an ice pick into it and check the thickness. There's a private lake out in Mission that is skateable right now, but it's private. Had some fun on it today, although bumpy.
