Sedins use their bodies to sheild defenders from the puck or their linemates. A pick is a sort of interference so the defender can not go to where they want. However the differnce between a penalty of interference and a pick is whether or not they keep their feet moving. If they are standing still and "Pick" or get in the way of the defender that is interference if they are moving and get in the way of defender that is body position and is legal.
