Someone the other day went thru the latest HN magazine and posted all of the info regarding prospects in it. One such article/section was regarding the team-by-team analysis of prospects. Pittsburgh, and Nashville are at the top, and 22 sounds right for what Vancouver was.

Well they're ratings of everything sounds about right. I think under Nonis though our drafting will improve a fair amount, because if you look at all of those players most were drafted by Nonis. I have confidence that he'll do even better this year, with the addition of a big center future first line center and depth in all the positions.

I believe the rankings of the Canucks Top 10 were made by Steve Tambellini. Interesting that he has Simek at #5. I understand he had a solid camp, and was on fire at the beginning of the season but it appears he has slowed down significantly in the second half of the season.

I dont think so, he commented on the top 5, and under the title is says"By Elliot Pap"

Why is Calgary ranked 16th? Aside from Irving and Boyd, they don't have a lot of quality prospects.
Proud Cody Hodgson fan since 2007.

This list obviously includes players who are rookies on their team because Colorado outside of Wolski and Stastny have a terrible crop of players. Pitts isn't amazing either beyound their current stars. I'm refering to junior/college/AHL type players.

probally only because he's graduated to the AHL and is playing better competition than Schneider. I'm sure that could change as soon as Schneid turns pro.

Exactly, the rankings are not solely based on potential. They also take into account how long before the player in question will make it to the NHL.

We don't get the HN or any good magazines in Templeton anymore, aside from Macleans and Time.

Mason Raymonds team was eliminated 3-2 tonight in triple overtime . Mason Raymond had one assist and it was said that he had many good scoring chances and was the games 3rd star .
