Well looks like we will have to trade Koltsov or Krajicek if we resign Salo.

Lets get ourselves a good young centre.

The resigning of Salo means we'll be less active on the free agent front, and we'll also be dumping bums like Santala and Bulis, to me this means Nonis is ready to rely on some young prospects or young players on the Moose to fill in open 3rd and 4th line spots, which is something the canucks havent had once this century

Yeah, that'll be good.

Fill up the roster with entry level/under 1M players.

We won't need to sign any high priced Dmen, who are in such high demand.

Just a quick quest, when you sign a player to a contract but he doesnt play for the team on a regualr basis, does it go against the cap or does the organization pay for it?

Fitzpatrick, Edler, Chouinard

I think we still pay, because, Chouinard has been scratched and is playing in the minors but we still are playing him 1.1 mil.

Yeah, because Chewy is on a 1 way, it does not count against the cap but the team still pays him 1.1M.

Fitzpatrick gets all of his 525K because he is on a 1 way.

Edler gets paid PER game and counts against the cap PER game.

So if he plays only a quarter of the season, he gets 1/4 of his 550K salary and that same amount counts against the cap.

Can someone start posting those Koltsov amazing goals, assists movies in the Koltsov/Krajicek threads and the defence for next year threads.

Let Green, Bulis, Santala, Smolinski, etc. etc. walk.

Sedin-Sedin-Pyatt
Naslund-Kesler-Prospect
Cooke-Morrison-Cowan/Linden
Burrows-Rypien-Cowan/Linden

Looks like there's room for only one prospect to crack the roster next season. :(
Proud Cody Hodgson fan since 2007.

Not if Linden retires and Pyatt asks for too much

I think we should put Kesler back on RW.

Need a decent centre for that line.

I'd like to see:

Sedin-Sedin-Pyatt
Cooke-Mo-Koltsov
Naslund-Kesler-Hansen
Burrows-Cowan/Linden-Linden/Cowan
Rypien

Ohlund-Sopel
Mitchell-Bieksa
Krajicek-Salo
Tremblay

Try Koltsov as a winger (speed, offensive, etc)
Have Edler and Bourdon on the Moose to develop
IN LUONGO WE TRUST
