I know there's probably some issues regarding HTML and all that techy stuff but it would probably make your life easier just to copy and paste.

Yeah, major issues with coding, and formatting, it just wouldnt work, what yo0u see on the CDC page isnt what i do, it looks radically different in my word processor, so it wouldnt work
But i'll fix it, everytime i change it it always looks better, but i really am restricted with what i can do in this forum, i just hope it wont get messed up when the forum changes on Monday

Yeah that's what I figured... no worries.
Also don't know if this has been posted but here is a nice article on Sergei Shirokov from CDC. (For people who don't frequent this thread, I know most of you guys won't get much from the article but it's still a good read. Another note is that Shirokov was drafted in the 6th round not the 5th)

Flying Under The Radar
This season has given Canuck fans plenty of reasons to be hopeful, both for what might come this post season and for the long term future of the team. And while close to home the impresseive seasons of Mason Raymond, Cory Schneider and Michael Grabner continue, in Moscow, one player is quietly proving he deserves to be considered among the Canucks top prospects.
Many Canadians won’t recognize the name Sergei Shirokov, but they should at least be familiar with his play.
Shirokov has been one of Russia’s unsung heroes on the world stage, serving as set-up man for both Alexander Ovechkin and Evgeni Malkin at the ’05 and ’06 World Juniors, respectively.
It was his strong play at the ’06 Tournament which caught the eye of Canucks scouting. The team used the 5th round draft pick obtained in the Roberto Luongo deal to select Shirokov at the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
Despite playing alongside two of the most skilled young players in recent memory in Ovechkin and Malkin, many had Shirokov pegged for, at best, a 3rd or 4th liner. And while he was recognized for his vision and playmaking ability, his game was criticized as being “one dimensional.” However, Shirokov’s play this season has gone a long way to proving his detractors wrong.
With 16 goals and 18 assists in just over 50 games this year, he's becoming as much of a sniper as he is set-up man. He finished 2nd on CSKA Moscow in scoring and is serving as an assistant captain.
Despite his small stature, Shirokov’s “Sedin-like” vision and nifty stick handling make for a potent combination and indicate he has the potential to be just as prolific a goal scorer as he is a passer. His commitment and quick work both in the corners and in traffic make him surprisingly difficult to knock off the puck, an asset difficult to find in many smaller players.
His commitment to improving his play is easily evident as well; Shirokov has told Canuck management he would like to play here and to learn the North American game.
With his game steadily improving, fans should look forward to his arrival in North America. Like Raymond, Schneider and Grabner before him, it appears Sergei Shirokov will give Canuck fans reason to be excited.
