My mistake. You're right, he's comming from Sweden so it should take a little bit longer for him to get here.

Wade Flaherty: Injured
Forward: Tyler Bouck: Injured
Forward: Brandon Reid : Scratched + in doghouse/vet rule
Forward: J.J.Hunter: 27 year old, Average AHL player
Forward: Brendan Brooks 29 Years Old, Border line AHL player
D-man Shaun Heshka: 21 Years Old First year as a Pro, put up good offensive numbers in junior
Forward: Michael Grabner Just joined team, a good thing for him to watch an actually game.. get to know system ect ect
Alot of people say the Moose have alot of body's around, I tend to disagree.
Yeah you make a good point there. I think what worries Moose fans the most is that the border line AHL players will be replaced with young guns like Grabner. If both Rahimi and Bourdon (I wouldn't be surprised if he got some playoff time with the Canucks) are assigned to the Moose then they would definitely have a lot of bodies around. Sitting 4 F and 3 D a game is a lot of players in my opinion.
Anyways back on topic...great night for the prospects. Looks to me like the Moose are rearing up for a deeeeep playoff run. As of right now they are the best team in the AHL. Throw Grabner into the mix with some great set up guys like Raymond and Moran and the Moose may have one helluva offensive threat.

^hey, what's the vet rule you're talking about?
There is an AHL rule limiting the amount of veterans (guys with a certain amount of NHL/AHL games) you can dress in your lineup...
But I could be very wrong.

"What is the AHL's "veteran rule"?
In the AHL, player development is a top priority. Therefore, a limit has been set on the number of "veterans" a team may dress for a game. The AHL considers a "veteran" any player who has played, as of the start of the season, more than 260 regular-season games combined in the AHL, NHL, IHL, or any European elite league.
In 2006-07, teams may dress a maximum of 17 skaters (plus two goaltenders) for a regular-season AHL game. Of these 17 skaters, no more than five may be classified as "veterans."
Moose vets... I think......
Reid
Tyler Bouck
Flats (I don't think counts as a vet because he is a goalie)
Keane
Chouinard
Brad Moran
Tremblay
Goren

And Moran, Tremb, Goren, Keane and Chewy all take precedent over Reid.
