I think I've found my first cantidate for ignored users.

I so sick of listening to your penis talk about Simek.

There might not be enough room on the Moose and it might do Simek good to play another year in the WHL.

We will see after training camp, he is not too good for the WHL.

I don't blame u for bashing Hiroshima, but have you actually watched Simek play? Now I've only seen the 1 game of him shown on shaw, but from what I saw I was impressed. I'd expect him to be on the Moose next season. If the Canucks organization decides he should stay with Brandon then so be it, but expect to see some talent next training camp from this fine player.

And hiroshima, enough about Simek already? sheesh. The more you argue his case the more the rest of these ppl will argue back. Just live with your picture of him and let them live with theirs.

I hope Hiroshima actually reads that.

That is to be expected from fans who don't follow our prospects often.

But good for Hansen.

Uhh lame. I clicked to quote 2 people but it didn't work. Lame

IMO Hansen is the better player of the 2 right now. More than likely Grabner will have the more prolific career, but Hansen has quite the shot and speed (even if he's yet to score, his shot is fast and quick).

And as for whatever else I tried to quote, I can't remember. Maybe i'll edit it in.

Hansen just needs to work on his accuracy.

Something Hansen and Simek both have on NA prospects is they've each spent years playing vs. Men, so the were used to playing against 30 year olds already. They will always be more ready, almost like NCAA players, i expect Grabner to be at least 1 1/2 season away from being a Canuck
QUOTE (Dave Chappelle)
You know why my show is good? Because the network officials say you're not smart enough to get what I'm doing, and every day I fight for you. I tell them how smart you are. Turns out, I was wrong. You people are stupid.

On the other hand though Europeans need to adjust to the smaller ice surface and NA style of hockey which is why they usually spend time in the CHL and/or AHL. And even then the majority of European prospects spend time in Elite League Teams junior system. Just throwing that out there.

hiroshima is correct, there's only a marginal chance of Simek returning to the Wheat Kings, there was an interview some time back in which someone (nois or tamby) said that a number of their 'WHL prospects' would be joining the Moose next year.

I love this pic of both of them. I grew so attached to Luc and Letang as a dman pair during the WJC, it'd be hard to see them going against each other.

Relax on the Simek spam. No one's calling him a bust but you seem to think he's a Pavel Datsyuk clone, so we're trying to bring you back to earth. He's a highly skilled player who has a ways to go, as does Grabner, as does Raymond, before they make the jump. Let's not overhype a 6th round pick, over even a first rounder (Grabs), and just let him develop.

As for this year? The Moose are a little overloaded but perhaps Simek makes the jump to the "A" next year and who knows, maybe Grabner struggles this playoffs and gets sent back to junior for another year. I'll concede that Simek is probably better built framewise at this point but his team didn't bow out quick enough and Grabner got his spot on the Moose.

At least it will only be what...once every 3 years, if we continue with the current schedule.

Yeah. If we didn't have such a gigantic logjam of defenseman prospects, Letang would be in my trade wishlist.. Posted Image Just to see him and Bourdon together. BUT~ We have Edler and I love Edler.

Our log jam isnt that bad.

Bourdon needs at least 1 year in the AHL, maybe more, we want him to be an IMPACT player when he has a rookie season.

Edler could either player 5/6 man or even spend another year in the AHL playing 25 minutes a game.

Rahimi needs seasoning and fine tuning of skills.

Koltsov, who knows.
