Damn.

But 5 hits and 3 shots +an assist is good.

Series is 3-1 CB right?

Now it is 3-2 Cape

3-2 Moose in third.

Jaffray with the go-ahead from No Scorin and Moran.

Seems like the big guns are the only ones scoring.

are you watching the game?

If so, are you impressed with Rahimi?

Not watching it.

But Moose blow a 3-2 lead in the third, lose in OT 4-3.

Edler had a good first shift, nailed someone to the boards.

If he starts getting physical and gains 10 pounds, WOOOOT

Great game by the Kids, Edler and Hansen tonight. Both of them seemed to have so much confidence which was good to see!.

Yeah they got some solid playing time too:

Edler: 19:37
Hansen: 13:45

I just think it's unreal that these guys are only 21 years old and in their first year playing pro hockey. For them to step right into some playoffs games and do as well as they have (especially Hansen) is just great.

And as it turns out, having Edler playing with Sopes wasn't all that bad. Scary at times sure, but it wasn't all that bad...

QUICK NOTE: I don't really think this needs to be said but I'll say it anyways. If Salo returns for Game 3 it looks like Edler will probably be the odd man out. Krajicek has been playing great and Fitz has the experience. But you never know...

Congrats to the G-Man for getting to the WHL Finals with a win tonight.

Outshot PG 46-10!
Winning 5-1

Fuller's Season is done. He will most likely spend another year in the whl as he is only 18. He turns 19 in June.

Not NHL ready yet.

Give it time my son.

Until we give Luongo a 6yr extention we keep him.

 You seem to forget what nationality assisted on Linden's "tip in" and which ones scored the game tying goal. Without the GTG and without those assist, Linden's tip-in is non-existant. Not to mention, you seem to forget whose lines those penalties were drawn on to even get the powerplay. Hint: They were both drawn by different lines with 2 Europeans and 1 Canadian, both lines were putting pressure on Dallas, and both penalties were drawn by 2 different Europeans. Shocking as it may seem, the Europeans were actually putting pressure in Game 7 enough to draw penalties from a normally disciplined Dallas team.

I wasn't commenting on my own opinions, more so where I think the anti Euro sentiment is. I do believe that it does make a little difference that a Canadian kid grows up wanting the Stanley Cup more then anything else where as a Euro grows up dreaming of the World Championship or Olympics. I also think that in the case of someone like Naslund or Alfreddson that drive for lord Stanley is developed by the years of failure and frustration and seeing what kind of reaction that garners from the fans.

Linden to Naslund was simply an example of what the fans focus on. I won't disagree that Linden has been able to turn it up at the most important times where as Naslund is working hard but not making a big impact when we need him. Linden is unquestionably a strong playoff player.

You'll note that I stated that I think we should go after the best player available in the draft. Irregardless of nationality, or even position.

In this draft, position matters.

Maybe. I'd only agree because it seems the scuttlebutt on this draft is that there isn't much to choose between prospects.

Normally I wouldn't choose a center over a RWer whom I thought was better simply because of a perceived need though.

GRABNER!!!

Really no he is the 2nd best goalie prospect in the world (+/- 1 or 2)
We need to draft good this year and get a scorer, not Naslund, Lecalvlier caliber but someone who can chip in

Yeah we need someone to fill Linden's shoes cause he's gonna retire soon.
We need a Swede to fill Naslund's shoes (I think)

Why draft aSwede to fill Naslunds spot, just send $6 mil to Sweden and be done with it.
