I gotta repeat that Mason Raymond has that intangible "something" about his game. Insane speed with outstanding hockey sense. He looks off defenders, backs them off with his speed and can either speed to the net or make the pass. First time I've seen him play, and I'm effin' impressed.

We traded it to Chicago in 2005 for Steve McCarthy, and then we later traded McCarthy to Atlanta for a 7th rounder in this year's draft.

Remember Niedermier's hit on Hannsen? Bourdon just obliderated one of the Hamilton Bulldogs in the same fashion. Pierre McGuire would name Bourdon the "Monster" of the game, no doubt about it.

The webcast I'm watching was $6 on my Visa and I gotta say I am more entertained by a grainy webcast than I would by renting a couple of DVD's for roughly the same price. Is it a sad commetary on my life that I paid to watch a Moose playoff game on my computer? Probably.

Another note is that the next Moose game isn't until Saturday giving the players a solid three days off.

And toxic, it would be great if you could have a live blog for the Memorial Cup. Very few people will get the behind the scenes view that you will so it would be cool if you could write some notes, updates etc. throughout the day.
