Dylan Yeo (D) has signed a deal with the Canucks.

He played with the Calgary Hitman last year...
He will most likely play with the S-Kings or Moose next season.
Name: Dylan Yeo
Number: 5
Pos.: D
Shoots: L
Height: 5'11
Weight: 210
Birthdate: 1986-07-16
Hometown: Prince Albert, SK
2005-06 WHL Season Calgary Hitmen 56Gp 7G 11A 18Pts 19 +/- 78PIM
2006-07 WHL Season Calgary Hitmen 57Gp 8G 23A 31Pts 27+/- 64PIM
2007 WHL Playoffs Calgary Hitmen 18Gp 4G 8A 12Pts 2+/- 22PIM
From what I know of he is a hard hitting D-man, with leadership quality's and does have the ability at times to put some points on the board.
From Hitman site:
Player Bio: Yeo the current Captain of the Hitmen. He was selected in the 3rd round (47th overall) by Prince George in the 2001 Bantam Draft. Dylan plays a strong, physical game. His favorite team growing up was the Calgary Flames.
If things don't work out for him as an hockey player, maybe he could one day take over the singing the anthem from Mark Donnelly....

My source is from Dylan himself. I don't give a **** if you don't believe me.

A skilled forward with the ability to make a difference. Strong player with a physical presence. Plays tough in the corners and in traffic. Is good on the right wing and gets his wrist shot off with ease. Sometimes lacks urgency in his play.
...err what?

Video of him playing. No goals in there, but he looks pretty solid. Too hard to tell though.
I'd like to know whether he played in the World Juniors, or U-18s.
BTW, is it just the 1st round today?

2-7 tommorow at 7, non televised.
We will get a solid player at 33.
With two early centre picks, our Centre depth will be bolstered thank god.
Lets get some discussion going.
I think he is exactly what we needed.
He has the Size, he is a RH centre who can play RW, good wrist shot, "can make a difference", physical, sounds good to me.
Hope he doesnt stay in college for more than 2 years.
