Bourdon has been underwhelming to put it plainly

I hate to agree with you.

But he hasn't been the Bourdon we saw when he was 18.

Taylor Matson's pre-season stats:

5GP 1G 1A +1 (team leader only has 2g 1a)

Yeah he has. Though he was pretty good in last nights Calgary game.
I hope he plays tonight in Edmonton (I suspect he will) so we can get a first hand look.

Ah shame, I hope Bourdon turns around his play in Manitoba. Love the speed and skill of Raymond and Shannon, its almost a given they score with the Sedins. Go young Canucks Go

Yeah, he's 24. And I definately wouldn't mind seeing Raymond start the season with the Canucks. I think I'd rather see him with Naslund and Kesler though, and keep Pyatt with the Sedins.

Sounds like Schnieder played well for the Moose in a 3-2OT preseason game.

Good weekend for our Russian prospects

Kablukov now has 2 assists in 7 games (2a this weekend)
Shirokov now has 2 goals, 4 assists in 11 games

Is that good for the RSL?

Shirokov will never come over... <_<

Well Kablukov had no points coming into this weekend, Shirokov had 3, so Shirokov doubled his output and Kablukov got the monkey off his back (Having points for Kablukov means he'll stay in the lineup, thats what matters for him)

Good then!

I hope Kablukov is decent because he's our only Russian prospect with interest in coming over it seems...
