I wasn't saying that was my opinion of him, I was just reading their board and they are comparing him to Auld and Ellis. This is Moose fans though, they always seem to forget AHL is a developmental league not a championship league

Just wondering? are you talking about the moosehockey.com board? It's so small that I never seem to be able to find much in the of anything besides the "goal" games they play.

Most of the comments are in their game day forum, if you look at the past 4 games Schneider has started in their GDT you'll see what I'm talking about. The rest of the board as you would say is useless.

Thanks to mr7 for the sig

Bliznak with a goal and an assist, having a great season points-wise this year.

Ahhhh now I see! I'll be sure to check there now just for fun, could be interesting because they wan't to win more then they wan't to see the prospects prosper!

With the injury to Isbister hopefully Jaffrey will get a shot, At least he has some natural scoring ability. Although if its rypien they decide to go with I won't be that dissapointed. He is a pretty good spark plug, great hitter and fun fighter to whatch. Still would rather see Jaffrey.

If I could choose I would bring up Raymond again and see what he can do with Kes, or maybe bring up Hansen but knowing A.V i will have to assume it will be Jaffrey or Rypien.

It should be Jaffray or Rypien, with Hansen just behind those two.

Guys I think I am going to cry.

I just figured out that by acquiring Carney in 06' we gave up the pick before Philly drafted one of my favourite prospects league wide.....

F*CKING SALO JOVO OHLUND AND CLOUTIER.

If they were healthy we may have had Andreas Nodl (had he been on our radar).

Congrats to Jason Jaffray on his first NHL point.

And Mason Raymond on his first NHL goal.

Its seems like ages since a true NHL Canuck-Picked winger Rookie scored a goal for us.

No kidding, it always seems like only fourth line guys that get called up to fight can score in the first few games. Doesn't Rypien have like three goals in nine games?

Thats because that is all that Brian Burke supplied our farm club with, 4th line plugs.

Goren, Bouck, Reid, F.Fedorov amongst other GARBAGE.

We have a very talented farm team.

We have players in intense competition just to get called up now with options like: Raymond, Hansen, Jaffray, Balej, Genoway, Grabner, Simek as all cantidates (although Balej would be subject to waivers)

WOW, thats awesome! Seems to me that there was much complaining about this pick at the time of the draft. I think these people will be silenced until his time to come over (or not) comes.
