Moose lineup is looking pretty ragged right now.

Man, Hansen is getting unlucky with these injuries, he was on his way to an NHL spot with the way he played in training camp.

Cory, 25 Saves, 1GA (First time in ever when he hasnt let in 3+ goals)
Labrie 1A, +2
Grabner 1G (GWG) +1
Bourdon +2

Wrong! he allowed only two goals in a 2-1 loss to the milwakee admirals erlier this season. That was the game Raymond scored his first goal after getting sent down I believe.

And I believe that there was one other occasion because I rembember having to correct Flinch when he said it was the first time with under three goals.

Thanks itza ... seems it is indeed a rarity or first time occurrence that that sort of thing happens.

You're forgetting about his shootout win a week ago against the Monsters.

thanks!

looks like Grabners starting to heat it up, he usualy realy turns it on around the halfway to end of the season if I remember correctly. Good to see.

Also judging by Flinch's playbyplay typing and the Moose games I've been to Grabner is a better passer/playmaker than we gave him credit for. His extremely low assist total was probably partialy due to his terrible team mates in junior.

Our long shot prospect CA Messier was traded from Acadia-Bathurst to Chicoutimi...hopefully it works out for him. He just seems to be another FP Guenette(sp cause I already forgot about him)

he has trremendous speed. seems if he was ever gonna play in the nhl it would be as a forward

It doesnt work that way.

It is such a rare occurance for a Dman to be converted to a forward this late in his career. Scott Walker and Steve Staios are the only two that come to mind, with Brian Boyle doing the opposite.

Brent Burns did it with the Wild. though he started as a forward, and switched to defense.

My point is more that you can't just take any Dman and convert them into a forward like its NHL07 and you have to dress a dman as a forward and he scores 50 goals.

And alot of those Rookies are in their mid-late 20's

Grabby is prolly around 5th or 6th among pure rookies

The weird thing is that Forward is so much easier to play than D though.

I actually have been playing D lately and damn its not easy when for the longest time the only thought that went through your head was to score.
