If anyone was wondering this is where our junior prospects are at right now

St.Johns Fog Devils

Steve Anthony GP 12 G 7 A 5 Pts 12

Thanks for the update. Although after tonight I think Steven Anthony should have 14 points in 13 games with his 1G 1A effort today.

Morgan Clark is a lost cause.

Kevin Connauton has been impressive but really needs to step up his defensive game.

It would be great to hear a report from someone who watches Giants games regularly. Although he seemed to have been improving his +/- stat during the past week.

Quick update on our Swedish Prospects.

Anton Rodin is listed in the Swedish U20 A squad, I guess he's in the world juniours then .

http://www.swehockey...ultHandler.aspx

Peter Andersson is also listed to the Swedish U20 B squad, not bad for a 5th round pick.

Schroeder 2 games 0 goals 0 assists
Matson 2 games 0 goals 1 assist

Patrick White :P
2 games, 0 goals, 1 assist

Minnesota is 0-1-1 and have only scored 3 goals so far, those games were against North Dakota, so they started out the season against an amazing team, going shouldn't be much easier this week as they play Denver

Merrimack seems to be pitting Cannata against Andrew Braithwaite for the starters job, both have played two games, both are 1-1. Cannata plays the first game of the series and Braithwaite the second. Both have allowed 6 goals and have seen roughly the same ammount of shots.

Lol that's pretty funny. I notice that Daniel Rahimi is playing in the Sel right now..

So basictly San Jose traded Erhoff for just Patrick White :/. That is really terrible.

He signed with them a few weeks after the trade.

Terrible in the short term, agreed. I still hold out some hope for White. I was one of his few supporters here.
Stephane Auger is a prick.

Morgan Clark has been playing really well of late. He was won 3 straight starts and has a 1.67 GAA and .947% in that span.

For the season, he is 7-2-0-1 with a 3.18GAA and .898%.

Good to see. Hope he can keep it up. For a 7th rounder it's not like it's a big deal if he doesn't make it anyways, but these stats are encouraging.

That's encouraging. Not sure if he'll make the NHL but I did wonder if his stats were poor in Red Deer because of the team in front of him. Maybe he's finally getting some confidence.

Sauve and Anthony with a goal each today, Sauve continues to roll as does their team, which has worked its way up to 1st overall in the QMJHL.

Anthony +1
Sauve -1

Both were pointless in a 3-2 Sea Dog win.

Minnesota swept their two game series with Alaska Anchorage, Schroeder seems to be getting his assists, but no goals thus far.

Schroeder: 2 Assists, +2
Matson: 1 Assist, +1

Also, Patrick White scored the first goal of the game. ;)

Saint John's destroyed Rimouski 6-1

Anthony: 1 Goal, 1 Assist, +1
Sauve: 4 PIM, +1

Have to like what we've seen from Taylor Matson thusfar. Seems like he's recovered from that injury pretty well and is having a good start to this season:

6 GP, 0 G, 3 A, 3 pts, +3, 0.513 faceoff%, 2 assists on the PK (involved in 2/3 of the GG's SH goals).

Maybe we're gonna need a "Taylor Matson Talk" thread around here pretty soon ;) .

Not sure if this was mentioned, but Jeremy Price got his first career point with a goal. So 1 points in 6 games for Colgate.

Also, one of Price's teammates caught my eye. Thomas Larkin, a Columbus 5th Round Pick in 2009, is 6'5 220lbs and has 4 assists in 7 games.

He's been mentioned before, but I would love if the Canucks signed Erik Gustafsson when he leaves the NCAA. He is on the small side, but is really talented and a very good skater. I've only seen him play a couple times and stood out each game.

Have you came across Adam Larsson yet? He is playing in the SEL as a 16 year old like Hedman did. He has already gotten more points than him in 31 less games played.
