My friends and me always joke that Nonis looks like a giant toddler with his pudgy/ rosie cheeks. Can someone doctor up a pic of him with a bib or soother in his mouth? I can't do it on my computer at work, but I think it would look hilarious. I don't mean to slam the guy too much cuz I actually like him, it'd just be good for a laugh....

i'm not gonna lie, Dave Nonis always reminds of of the leader of the little rascals all grown up...spanky or whatever his name was...
