Hey guys,
I quickly did up some color variations of the orca in the vintage colors.
IMO, this will be a nice change from the colors we have now. It is likely that the orca will stay, so it's good to see what it might look like.
The current logo has 5 colors (navy, red, light blue, silver, white), while the vintage only has 3 (blue, green, white), so there will probaby be some detail adjustments.
I think that the body of the whale will be the royal blue, so either 1 or 4 gets my vote.

I like the idea of blue/green/white, and navy. I think that would look pretty good... and you could keep the Orca pretty much the same as it is now.
I'm too lazy to PS it at the moment though...

I am a VINTAGE fan but if we HAVE TO stick to one jersey I think this is the BEST option.

That's what you get with LOCAL ownership that cares about both local fans, and the team.
3rd jerseys are gone for next year due to an NHL mandate, but my guess is that they'll return in the 08-09 season. Aquilini isn't dumb - he also recognizes how popular the Vintage jersey is. Look for that to make a comeback as our 3rd jersey in 08-09.

doesnt really look great to be honest, i like vintage stick logo but if u use orca u shud have regular color or some good colors that goes with vancouver canucks just not the vintage color....

Personally I'd like the vintage to be our permanent home jersey and the Orca as the road jersey.
In order to create a synergy I think that changing the Orca colours to the vintage colours but I think that examples a little too extreme. Maybe the Navy would be good to keep to help set it off. Blue and Green definitely feels more Northwest to me.

The problem with the orca jersey is not the logo, its the jersey itself. There is no design, just stripes with sub-par colors.
