i thought he played great, his first game, and first PLAYOFF game.

had speed, and created chances.

a few practices with the twins and i can see him going on the PP for a few more shifts.

I think he deserves to get into the lineup next game, even if cooke and burrows is back in.


your thoughts on Hansen tonight?



P.S (edit) - he made great passes as well.. that pass to salo was amazing.. and he goes to the traffic areas..

Hansen was incredible, I thought he was going to be nervous as hell and screw up, Hansen was great.

Hansen was magnificent. It was only his first NHL game and he made a couple of nice passes and had some chances. Not too bad for someone picked 287th overall.

Man, i was thoroughly impressed with him tonight, i have to be honest.

That's why he played so much in the third, he proved he could handle it - good for him, I hope to see him stick around for a little while.

Yes, he made some nice passes, and what speed. He was really composed out there considering the situation he came into, good for him.
And ya he can stay and play more games, but only if he is replacing Santala :rolleyes:

He played great for a debut, playing with sedins i'm not so sure about, but he should get the nod over santala if burr is able to come back on sun.

dont think it was a 'cowan'

this was his FIRST NHL game, and it was a playoff game as well.
he had great speed, and used it to his advantage
