OMG a team with similar colours, it's the biggest rip off EVER

not to mention numerous teams named, the giants, rangers, jets

maybe the rangers and habs should have a battle royale for the colours red/white/blue or the penguins will sue the ducks for using black/white/yellow

i think st louis should sue every team that uses blue in their jersey because they've trademarked "blues", but the blue jackets might have an arguement

i dont like it..
there is nothing wrong with the current colours and logo we have now.
and i dont think that the Canucks would change the colour or logo. because they just made a desktop with the current orca logo and stick logo with the current colours and you buy it for 26$.
...just a thought... but anyway, if that is the new logo.....i dont like it as of now... it might grow on me later, but as you said above, the colours are slightly off because it was taken from a phone camera.

we will just have to wait till Aug. 1st or training camp or whenever they release the new jerseys.

From what I heard, that logo is very close (about 95%) but not quite exactly the real thing. My source tells me the white (where the ice is) is actually a bit more silvery than the white in that pic.

Also, don't get your hopes up on vintage green, because I am 99.9% sure they're not going to use it. You can quote me on that if you wish, but I am absolutely convinced there will be NO green anywhere on that jersey. That's based on absolutely nothing, of course, but if there's green on the jersey, you may punch me.

Silver isn't a colour... It's either white, or its grey. The ice is white.

I hate how the next season's jerseys often resemble the practice jerseys of past seasons. In my mind, that was one of the things that separated the NHL from the NFL, MLB, and other pro sports leagues: the colors, designs, and uniqueness of the jerseys. They were always more detailed than the jerseys of the other leagues.

I know what he is talking about its more of pearlish white that glitters when light shone upon which makes sense because I don't see the Canucks putting a bland white in the logo which matches the white jersey.

when you say very close does that mean there will be more modifications to the orca itself or are you just talking about the "silvery white".

Looks like EA has confirmed it as well on Luongos mask it now has the Canucks new logo rather than the Johnny Canuck logo he usually has

That's pretty much all I know.

The little bit that I have heard from people who claimed to have seen the new logo is that you can expect to see something similar to Nashville's home jersey, whereby "Vancouver" would be over top the logo. I don't like the sound of it, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
