That statement is the exact reason people have to sign the non-disclosure agreement. So companies like EA don't have to risk some dumb donkey wanting to be a hero to his friends and leak the information to the world and possibly lose their agreement with the NHL (or other sports franchises).

Lets put it this way, I work there and havent seen it.

Like people are saying, these jerseys have been up for a while, but maybe the EA guys who are on 1040 soon will shed some light. It makes sense that they would have a copy so they could get their game out on time. Could be a leaked pic despite floating around for a while.

thats why they have what is called the "premier" edition jerseys. They are basically replicas, but they are different material than the authentic jerseys. They will be about 139.00 USD w/o name and number. It'll be like the CFL. You cant (unless u have a good connection) buy authentic cfl jerseys unless u get them at the end of the year sale. Which sucks, cause the replicas are cheesy and thin....
