sorry if this hasn't been posted already but I was at the Hockey Hall of Fame yesterday and the guy that worked in the shop told me that the new jerseys will come out on September 15th.

Yeah, I did read through it, but most of the updates were to do with rights/ownership changes. For all I (we) know, the change made on the 7th was the detailing of the orca itself. I'm not saying this lends any real evidence towards anything, but it is interesting speculation.

Yeah I mentioned this earliier in the thread. I went to this store downtown and they said that I could pre order my jersey that day, but that I would have to wait a week to get it, BUT someone said that Authentix gets to sell that sorta stuff before all the other stores, so that leads me to beleive it will be released a little before.

Yes... I'm aware that he went to montreal. Like others have stated though, these are old pictures (note Chouinard in the second picture behind Ohlund and Cooke)

There was no update or change on the 7th. The big bold lettering at the top of the page refers to the last time anything in the entire Canadian Trademark Database was updated. It doesn't refer to the last time that specific trademark was updated. As far as I can see, the last change made to the orca logo trademark was some ownership thing in March 2004.

Interesting speculation, but I think its fruitless.
