Look very, very closely at the socks worn in the magazine:

Now look at the socks the Canucks are wearing here:

Anyone else see what I see? The two pairs are different.
In the magazine scan, the colours from top to bottom are:
Blue
White
Green
White
Green
White
Blue
While in the second picture, the socks are the same ones always worn with the vintage 3rd jersey:
Blue
White
Green
White
Blue
What does this all mean? Well, new socks being worn mean that the new jersey is being worn. If the new jersey is royal blue with vintage striping, then expect the uniform to be incredibly similiar (nearly identical) to the one on pg. 82. I've been saying this for awhile now, but finally I can put a bit of solid proof behind my claims.
EDIT: From p. 82:

About as close a rendition as you're gonna get of the new jerseys. Just replace the "Canucks" wordmark with "Vancouver" and add the modernized stick-in-rink as the shoulder patch. I guarantee it.
If you look VERY closley you can see a shoulder patch, but the patch is blue, it kinda looks like the orca to me, Nonis did say they were keeping the orca, but he dident say it was the main logo...or it could just be the blue version of the stick in the rink, who knows?
