meh. whatever happened to the smaller wordmark that wasn't stylized? that one seemed to match the one on the "leaked" hat photo. Is this curved "vancouver" the current consensus for the new wordmark, in such a stylized manner? I guess I can live with this, but don't think I'll be running out to buy one any time soon.

All draft hats have the city name on the brim in the same style. So it doesn't mean anything special

I can promise you that is not spot on.

It maybe similar, but there will many many significant differences to what you have posted here.

Striping, wordmark, colour differences... they won't be like that.

i actually LOVE those jerseys. i'd be very happy if those were really our jerseys.
i also don't mind the home version that replaces the Vancouver with Canucks.

I dont mind sushi's concept, its alright. Im not expecting much from this new logo. From what i've seen of the already unveilved jerseys, ours probably wont be that amazing.

First the Away jerseys.
Don't use this neck line - use the more "V" shaped one like the Caps new jerseys. Same stripping maybe a silver/gray stripe instead of the white on the neckline, sleeves and bottom - no green on the logo.
The Home jersey.
Put "VANCOUVER" text instead of "CANUCKS" this makes more sense because then it's read as Vancouver Canucks (the "C" being the symbol for Canucks and all!), also use the same "V" shaped neckline and substitute the silver/gray stripe as well like the Away jersey I've suggested - no green in the logo.
Again these aren't mine they are based on designs by RichardPeterNuss and I'm just hoping someone can use their great photoshop skills to help me out!!!

just a question... if i wanted to insert these jerseys into my NHL07 game, how would i go about doing that?

If Sir.Stanley`s designs are close to the mark, then those are nice! I don`t like the TBay version of Free Willy [prefer the blue fill-in over black]. 12 days and counting.......

I have a friend who is a model painter for McFarlane. He's working on the new Alex Burrows figurine for NHL Series 19, and he says these are "way, way off".
