Regardless of what the colours are its WONT look like a leafs of lightening jersey as we have DIFFRENT LOGO'S!!!! May be a new flash but LOGO'S are featured on every teams jersey.

guy, thats not the new jersey, thats the practice jersey they've been using this past few seasons. Naslund is in sweden, i doubt hes worn the jersey yet. its just an old picture of him at practice

No, The home jerseys will be DARK, confirmed LEAGUE WIDE, canucks cant just decide to use white as home because any visiting team will be white. Luongo is possibly wearing a blank jersey, If not then he is wearing the AWAY jersey, and yes they WOULD have the away jerseys at a photo shoot because it is a press photo shoot and would have to have people in BOTH types of jersies.

Assuming the mask in the picture is the same mask he used last year (in games where we wore our vintage jerseys), its appearance in the picture strengthens my feeling that there will be green on the jersey. The stick/rink logo at the top of the mask (not shown in that particular picture) is outlined in green.

its a practice jersey. they're not marketing the practice jersey, they just put a picture of naslund. its soo obvious its the pracitce jersey.

Ya I agree. But my point remains that the home and away can be potentially be different. This whole thing is really quite annoying but I can't stop looking.

here is now the official logo, 100%, I've seen it with my own eyes, and the unis are quite quite nice bar the Stupid Vancouver and Canucks splayed large over this logo on the front of the unis. I should be able to sneak a few uni pics up sometime tomorrow or wednesday...

NEW LOGO...(quickly pisspoorly done, but it helps explain a lot when all these "cellphone" leaks come into play as to why the logo looks blue and white)



I'm cresting it up as we speak, but the silver/grey is actually shiny metallic silver so it appears white under certain conditions while the lighter blue is shiny as well looking dark. Luomgo's sneak peak is right, but the homes are still primarily dark navy blue...

Someone had pointed out he was wearing that helmet a long time ago, can't remember when and I don't want to search for it. But as someone just pointed out, he changed the cage to blue, and it's blue in the video game, the only difference is the "1" and "V" on the chin.

the only thing that looks changed on there is the blue cage.

good observation though as it looks like the logo's on the side of the helmet are gone.

And they aren't showing the top logo on the helmet so that could be changed aswell.

EDIT- actually I don't think the cage changed colors at all

Where did you see it (and I hope you used your own eyes?) If you are referring to the leaked draft hat logo, you have the white and silver reversed and there is no black.

Yup, it's so obvious that it's the practice jersey. Oh wait, ALL YOU CAN SEE IS THE FRIGGIN' SHOULDER. Seriously, just because it has piping on the shoulder doesn't mean it's the practice jersey, a lot of teams have/will have piping on the shoulder, because piping is one of the trademarks of Rbk's uniform design.

Secondly, they had a photoshoot with the jerseys on Aug. 1, how do you know Naslund wasn't there? In fact I think it'd be pretty important to have your captain there, considering how much promotional material these photos will probably be used for. Furthermore, even if Naslund wasn't there, why wouldn't the Canucks just use a photo of someone who was at the shoot actually wearing the jersey?
