more likely it was designed by someone with a european influence. The names is more like a European thing. Soccer 'esk... The jersey are similar to long sleeved soccer jerseys... probably where the idea came from... toss in some of those rubgy esk string like NYI has, and the lettering would probably look good. I'll make a decision when I see it...
