I was there too. skipped school for that. I was in grade 10 at the time. That was a very hard year for me. Nucks lost the cup in game 7 and Italy lost the world cup to brazil in penalty kicks. talk about depressed.....lol

I had a dream the other day that it was the morning of and i managed to get someone to show me early because im 3 hours ahead of BC. then i woke up and was like "man, its only 8:30... i have to wait a few more hours" then realized that it was a few days and a few hours away

oh god i know.... aside from the obvious depression that the Canucks didn't win...

im still sad that Roberto Baggio never won a world cup...

Nonis said it was the Orca and if you dislike it, you will be disappointed. But he never specifically said WHERE the Orca is going to be located. It could be a shoulder patch. I doubt we'll see Johnny Canuck but it could be vintage as the main logo and Orca as the shoulder patches. As far as I know, he never denied that. All he has said is that the Orca is a part of the jerseys.

Something to speculate about maybe?

Speaking of shoulder patches, wouldn't it be great if the orca was reduced to a shoulder patch and the stick-in-rink was the primary mark, making all of the supposed leaks look like crap?
