Both game companies have stated that those games will have every new 07/08 jersey in it. The uniforms that have not been revealed by their respective teams in time for release will be unlockable via free codes available at the game company's official website as these uniforms are revealed.

Don't have the source on hand, but that info comes from interviews with both game developers.

it said on the order form that the jerseys won't be avalable to buy until september 14th, so I guess we'll have to wait, although I think that they might have a few for sale on the day of
