Seeing how blank the new Sens jerseys look with just a logo on the front, and no horizontal striping...the idea has grown on me substantially. Hopefully it will flesh things out on the jersey a bit. I used to hate the idea completely, but now I think it could work quite well if done right. Here's hoping.

i am really pulling for the vancouver wordmark
they have it on all old hockey jerseys.. or a lot of them.. so it's taking an old idea and adding a modern flair. i think it is a great idea, and personally i'm really hoping for it.
it will be a really classy jersey and a good representation of Vancouver, so why not have our cities name on our jerseys?

Alright... I know that its pretty well been established that the following will not be the new jersey but... A super long time ago someone posted a wicked looking jersey with the Canucks most recent colors (The navy Blue, Red And White) With a Vintage (Hockey Stick and rink) primary logo. I've been searching for this for days. Could someone please, please re post this before the new jerseys actually come out and I'll never get a chance to see this cool design again.
