So all you negative people out there, here's a question for you ... If you got an authentic game jersey of Luongo, would you wear it? or would it still suck? Deal with it, it shouldn't matter what they look like. It's the way the team performs should be your main concern. You should be happy you have the money to buy a jersey, there's many people in this world that would be happy just for the opportunity to be able to do that. Do you think all those sick children at Canuck Place are disappointed? I think not.

ugly terrible... but in the end it doesnt matter, i dont care what they wear as long as they win. because when it comes down to it, they can honour as much as they want but what are we honouring? we have never won anything, exception being the millionaires, but even then who cares. when they win i wouldnt care if they were wearing the V-Neck, which is actually my favourite jersey but everyone always hates it so i say it, as long as they win.

It is too busy. The logo and the wordmark together make it too cluttered. The majority of people like the simple retro jerseys but they decided to go against it for money reasons only. They figure come up with a slightly new look and everyone will buy a whole new crop of jerseys.

This whole change is nothing but a money grab.

BTW, paying $1million for the design may be the biggest waste of money since Chouinard.

The font on VANCOUVER matches the one the MILLIONAIRES wore. The arch resembles the CANUCKS jerseys from the WHL days. It's not too hard to figure out.

I agree with the clutter problem.

But with every team changing this year with the new jersey you can't blame them too much
for changing (money grab?)

and I will give them credit for really trying to incorporate the history of this team
(minus flying V and skate... which I guess was really just too much).
