The funny thing is, when I got a flying V jersey, I expected people to laugh about it. Instead, people were complimenting me on it and were floored to hear I got it second hand for 7 dollars. It usually turned to stories about the '82 team which was when I really started to love hockey. I had only been a casual fan until then.

That's a photo of a bookmark being printed in some shop. The guy that works there has posted here and confirmed the authentecity of it.

I would also imagine that NHL 08 will have all the old Canucks jerseys included as well as the new one, so screen shots may be misleading. That's one thing I really enjoy about playing as the Canucks, 13 different jersey choices per game. I guess it will be 15 now.

Is that only in the Xbox 360 and PS3 verison where you have the create a play function or is that in the PS2 version too?

i understand the logo concept will stay the same in terms of the orca...but the colours will not. That so-called leaked pic of Fin's Friend's still has the old Orca logo, that has blue ice and a maroon (red) trim....these colours will not accentuate a jersey that is supposedly going to be using vintage colours...so if it is the real thing, why did the designer not change the old logo with the new one? Seems like a major oversight to me...so major that i cannot believe it. you don't send your new logo to print without the redesigned logo...that would be utterly stupid.
