I don't think it's the greatest looking jersey in the world, but I don't think it's the ugliest one, either (that would be the Flying V.) That said, I'm happy that this new jersey incorporates so may things about Vancouver and the history the city shares with the Canucks and it's made me like the jersey a lot more.
You think that a jersey can only handle so much history, and then you see this atrocity.
I understand where the wordmark comes from (WHL Canucks,) but isn't there another way to honor that team's existence? Numbers on the front, perhaps?
Looking at what I saw Wednesday live, the C on Naslund is really squished up. So, maybe it is time to do away with the wordmark.
