LOL. I personally like the Orca. I think it has a lot of meaning and represents the city pretty well. However, I would much rather have the stick in rink as our logo.

England Wins' jersey is very similar to the jersey featured in the Vancouver Province today. Why would anyone be surprised though? It's been used basically everywhere from Sportsnet to Eklund.

The whole "get rid of the orca 'cause it has nothing to do with hockey" argument is a joke.

The only logos that have anything remotely hockey-related in them would be that of the Thrashers, Penguins, Sharks, & Islanders, since they all have an actual hockey stick incorporated into them.

Makes for a pretty small selection. I'll take a killer whale logo that flat-out screams "Vancouver/BC coast" any day of the week over the skate or flying V, thanks. The skate/rink is a very close 2nd, though.
