The ones by John Slabyk with the WWII pilot is THE BEST idea for a Canucks logo. EVER! That is the one we should stick with. The colours are great, it is meaningful to the name, it is remeniscent to the "We are all Canucks" campaign last year, it is pretty fun to reproduce for kids, (that is saying something...as a teacher I see more rink and stick logos than whale logos).

Im just guessing on the sale thing, but it wouldn't surprise me. Stores always have huge sale when they close. All I know is I went in, asked if they are taking deposits for the new jersey, and the guy told me the lease is up at the end of the month and it's not getting re-newed.
