My dad was on the Sky Train today because our vehicle is in the process of getting fixed and on the way home from work, he told me that he talked to a guy that worked at GM Place and the guy who worked at GM Place told my dad that he saw Johnny Canuck as the logo.

Once again, I’m not lying about this and I highly doubt that he saw anything, but the news is slow anyway.

This is something I haven't heard anybody from the organization talk about. We know the Orca will be the primary mark. I haven't heard anything from Aquilini, Zimmerman, or Nonis stating what the secondary mark will be. Johnny C, stick/rink, Orca, or something new. Who knows?

I agree 100%! A standard, simple, distinctive logo is what makes a team easily identifiable and can make a name for itself. The vintage is simple yet very cool and when you see it, you automatically think 'Canucks.' Yes, with the Orca, you can also see it and think "Canucks" but the vintage (especially with the stand-out colour sheme) in that regard is a step ahead.

It's simple, classic and the most attractive logo I believe in the NHL.

It's unfortunate that Nonis has comfirmed that it is in fact the Orca as the main logo. I am disapointed but optimistic that they have come up with something that can make it look good on our boys come this October

I made that logo, someone (you) just put it against a jersey material/changed some of the white to silver.

The orca's mouth shouldn't be green either, it looks really out of place. The ice chips also should not be outlined in green, and the top ice chip shouldn't be outlined in green on only one side while the other side looks like a someone splotched some white-out on it.

Plus the outside edge looks like it has rainbow sprinkles on it.
