Yes, I understand Fin works with special needs children, that's why I think maybe one of them designed it, I guess there's something wrong with assuming special needs children probably wouldn't design a great jersey...

My reasoning is this:
It's just a cartoon, the design looks nothing like any of the new jerseys unveiled so far, it uses the old "red outlined orca with blue water" logo, which it appears is definitely not going to be the case this year.
And, most importantly, a jersey like that will not sell. You're saying the Canucks might have invested 1 million bucks into that thing?
