Fair enough. If those do indeed end up being the jerseys, I will give you props.

But I'm with Maxim Afino when he says if those are the jerseys, then he'll put "I'm a huge idiot" as a signature, except I'll put "The Canuck organization is a huge idiot".

As for the "debunked" logo:

Isn't it consistent with the cellphone jerseys? We first learned about the "white ice/silver trim" from that logo, and that's what's on the leaked jersey.

The only difference is that it's not outlined in green, but that may not be a part of the mark, just a part of the jersey. So on the NHL website and stuff, there will be no green - only on the jerseys.

I expect that's what will happen.

Its still a possibility but i think the rumours are leaning towards a Blue, Green and White look. The word that seems to be coming out of their sales department is that its the vintage look.

Those look good. Or else that logo on the new style jerseys that some have posted. That would look great. IMO.

hehe. Well he says all they told him was that it was going to be blue,green and white. I think that part about what logo is going to be used is something he just speculated on by himself.

I dont think the sales department would lie to him though on the colours.

I hope to god the cellphone ones are garbage. The silver one seems to fit the color scheme of the website and the green with the orca logo == ugh.

I still consider the Fin's Friends as a potential legitimate leak. There are reasons to remain skeptical. I'm not going to buy it simply because it's on glossy paper and has a finger print. The logo on the jersey is not the current one. The mark on the dorsal fin is white not blue. I don't think the outline is red either, i see bits of red but I think that may be from the jpeg compression (or potentially a shoddy photoshop job). The image as I see it looks like this:



The reason I think they might use the blue ice instead of white is that it the white doesn't look as good on a white jersey. You will also notice that the vintage logo inverts colors when on the dark or light jersey. Also worth noting is that the sleeve pattern on the Fin's Friends image looks like it is just a few small rings like Pfizer's preview, but this is how the sleeves look in the original fin's friend logo with the current jersey (that is navy, red, silver). If this is the jersey I guess it would have a similar striping pattern to the current jersey (Diagonal pattern going up the arm.

The colors are fine. They perhaps look a bit brighter than they should. I think the green doesn't look as good as the inner outline/teeth (all that was a deeper red before). I think it looks much better as an added outline per the cellphone pics.

The "Fin" logo looks somewhat credible to me as well, but it sure looks like there is still red in the logo. Considering the Canucks changed the green outline on the vintage logo shoulder patch on last year's jerseys to red to match the colour scheme, it doesn't make sense.
