camera/ memory help

ok, i just bought a new sony cybershot dsc-w55

and i bought a 2gb memory card

iinside the memory card package came:

which i know you just stick in the camera

but it also came with

and i dont know what its function is

some help pleasE?

The Memory Stick Duo adapter is there for usage in older Sony products, which don't support Pro Duo cards.

isnt there someway to plug that adapter thing to your comp cuz i got a micro sd adapter looks almost exactly like that

It looks like an adapter that you stick the card in one end of the adapter and then the other end you stick into the computer or into a printer with memory card slots. I hope that helps. My phone's memory card has the same thing.

Well, that Sony one doesn't look like an SD card...so I'm just going to take a guess and say that the converter enables you to use SD cards with your camera.
