I tried it once..
you have to take them between a half hour - hour before you eat, they cant be between 4 hours of each other and you have to drink about a half a bottle of water each time you take them
I only lasted 2 days with them because they have so much caffeine in them that you're not supposed to have any extra and I cant live without caffeine

Also keep in mind that Ephedra is illegal in Canada. It essentially works by speeding up your heart. Heart beats, fat burns. Unfortunately the side effects include death.
