I agree Johnny. Big John would have given a verbal warning, Mazagatti just stepped in deducted a point right off the bat. No need for that. I'd hate to be the next fighter to face Brock.

I have no problem with giving him a warning, but stopping the fight like THAT, with ZERO warning??? Come on.... seemed just a tad f'ed up to me.

yeah, that annoyed me as well

The replay showed Lesnar hit him once on the back of the head and only because Mir turned his head into it. Lesnar actually got in another punch right after that and it was legal, I really think Maz should have let him keep going. Lesnar had Mir in a really bad spot during that flurry, as Mir looked a little dazed and was slightly perched up and very vulnerable.

but boy was that fight entertaining, it's a shame it ended so quickly

Tim Boetsch definitely looks scary. That was a beating and a half, guys gotta have some strength to throw a guy down like that, not to mention pound on his face.

Lesnar looks good! I was surprised, I agree with the person who said what a weird first fight to pick. Mir is really good - I actually think a him and mino fight would be very good as one has a great guard and the other is an animal on top.

I also am glad Tim Sylvia lost - man he looks good for a bit than just gets gassed and stands there. But he's too big to be dominated so they all turn into boring fights, I feel for the guy he tries, but he just runs out of steam too quickly which leads to boring fights.

I do want to see Lesnar again because he put a pounding on Mir and looks to have a damn exciting style. Oh Yeah.. the guy Lytle pounded.. LOL poor guy trying to clinch the referee.

I hope Machida runs though Tito.

Tis possible. He had a sweet victory over the highly touted Sokoudjou back in December after going to the judges in his first three UFC bouts. Tito hasn't looked very good in his last two after drawing (controversially) with Rashad Evans as well as being pummelled by Chuck. Gonna be a good fight.

So friggin psyched for this one. Nothing like watching Spider in the octagon!!

My predictions and who I actually want to win:

Silva vs Henderson - I'd like to see Dan win, just cause he's such a nice guy, but don't see it happening.

Herring vs Kongo - Kongo is my favourite Heavyweight.

Sakara vs Leben - I love the brawlers, this should be fun.

Okami vs Tanner - Too much experience from Tanner.

Wilson vs Fitch - This guy's the real deal in the Welterweight division, 7 straight wins!

O'Brien vs Arlovski - It would be nice to see Arlovski return to top notch form.

Fiorvanti vs Cummo - This may be the most entertaining fight of the night, GO NERD!!!

Hazellett vs Koschek - I HATE Koschek, but he's gonna murder this guy.

Bielkheden vs Sanchez - Diego has lost two straight, he should destroy him.

Halverson vs Gurgel - The one I care least about, so....
