Environment Canada says the current stretch of sunny but cool weather will give way to rain this afternoon - and then changing to wet snow overnight. The wet snow and showers will continue Saturday and likely Sunday, the forecast says. Lows will reach 0 C tonight and will only hit a high of 4 C on Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures have been slowly creeping downward in Calgary since the heat wave in late September pushed the mercury to above 30 C.
