It was pin drop quiet when we lost the lead...that's NOT the time to shut up. That's the time that the crowd needs to rally and keep the team up. Now I know that it's not the fan's responsibility to take the bull by the horns, but they can certainly help keep the atmosphere alive. They failed. I could've single handedly done better.

The music does suck. I mean show some montages of big goals and have Stevie Nash pop up on the screen to get the crowd going etc.... like multiple times, not just once, the crowd pumpers suck and so does the dj... team needs a change in the game presentation dept. over the summer

The Canucks had less passion than the fans after the 3-2 goal. Not much to get excited about.
Don't you know about the home ice advantage? That the crowd should stay in it despite the score? That it can have a big impact? I believe it does and the people there don't deserve those seats....seats aren't easy to come by but I know damn well that when my rear's in one, I make it be known.

Me neither.
Remember the days when the Canucks were a great road team?
The Canucks can't fault anyone but themselves. Twice they've have had "control over their destiny".
The Canucks should start cheering for us. We've seen everything but a Stanley Cup.

i remember Wild fans jeering cloutier in 2003 and 18000 people pointing at him and yelling you suck at the top of their lungs... i remember predator fans in a playoff game with a loud "chelios is a baby" chant after he whined a call..... we need to do more at games, the game presentations people and the fans

Canucks fans are stressed out, Deb. We're hanging by a thread.
If we don't make the playoffs, I'm going to try my best to forget about hockey til Fall '08.

You've got that right...those days are gone.
We used to go to a lot of games back in the Coliseum.
Now, as a single mom (with two kids who have s/o's), it costs me $400+ for a night out...let me think - groceries or hockey? It IS a tough call at times.
