Just wondering, why do you say he is a lost cause?

I think he's still playing for Victoria.
PBJT has just left the CDC building...literally. I'm done. :)

Lost Cause.

Probably did not get his rights retained since he is a terrible prospect and a gigantic bust.

Becuase he was drafted in the 2nd round, 5 years ago and has been playing in the ECHL.

Wasn't he drafted in that 2003 draft? If so damn we must have missed out on someone.

I don't think they were. I'm pretty sure he wasn't qualified.

Probably not. He was the last pick of the 2nd round. He had pretty good stats in the Q, he just never panned out.

Just looked it up and some of the players that panned out after him from the third round area.

David Backes(lol)
Jimmy Howard(TBD but it's Detroit)
Daniel Carcillo
Clark McArthur
Alexandre Picard
Zack Stortini

Well they might not have been good with us, still it's interesting to see that a few of those 3rd rounders did pan out.

I thought he was at prospects summer conditioning camp?

Interesting sidenote, Edmonton used a pick traded from Vancouver to pick Stottini.......they can have him though, Hordichuk will blow his doors off.

Nope, absolutely not since he has no future with this team.

ECHL, yes.

AHL, maybe.

NHL, none.

Terribly conditioned, lazy, poor work ethic, soft.

Watched him play myself (Salmon Kings) and all he did was wait for a stretch pass and hid along the side walls while everyone else was in front of the net.

He had one or two big goals in the playoffs.

But that was all I've seen of the guy in Victoria. He didn't often get a lot of ice time because of his lack of effort out there.

Honestly, I don't even want him back with the Salmon Kings.

I didn't exactly spend a while looking for who was drafted after ;)

No. They asked him that in the press conference. No relation to Steve.
