We had to keep a vigil as ak-47 realized his thread had manifested itself into a bashing thread.

Every shipment crossing the border needs a shipping manifest identifying the origin of all goods.
A candlelight vigil was held for the victims of the plane crash.

Is it really that hard?

that kinda makes sense, but iam still abit iffy

how about conspicuous i know it means easily visible, but can it mean that not literally?

for example, the moon was conspicuous in the dark sky, which is proper sentence structure

but would

the attribute of hilarity was conspicuous in the comedian?

Manifest can be either a noun, or advective... or verb.

As an adjective it means 'obvious' or 'apparent'. "It is a manifest error"

As a verb it basically means... 'to prove beyond or without a doubt'. "His guilt manifested itself by his odd behaviour"

As a noun a list of cargo or passengers on some form of transportation.. train, plane, etc. In this case manifest can also be used as a verb.. 'to manifest the planes cargo'

Vigil is a noun that means, basically, to be paying attention or wakefullness, especially when in the context of when someone should be asleep, or cannot sleep.
"The pilot kept his vigil throughout the night".... "The doctor kept his vigil beside his patient"

Oh ya I forgot to mention...

Vigil is basically the stem of Vigilant. Vigilant is the verb, vigil is the noun.... "to be vigilant" (To be awake and aware)"... "His vigil" (His wakefullness or awareness).

yeah but thats still just literary..
is it only for literary purposes, so for example "The blahblah character traits are conspicuous in the student" is that not proper?

hmmm...Could this thread also be used for revitalizing sentences to make it more perplexing?

For Example:
i) My dog threw up his dirty food.
ii) My dog regurgitated his filthy and nasty food.
