If the third line, hopefully consisting of Kesler, Burrows and Hansen can agitate, hit, forecheck hard, create chances, put up some decent numbers, plus all three guys have great wheels, then why do we even need burrows to fight?

Hordichuk can scrap, Brown can scrap, Davidson isnt afraid to drop em. Overall team toughness has gone up considerably over last season. To say the guy is a joke because he cant fight is ridiculous

Third line? now youve got to be joking obviously kesler won't leave his chemistry with raymond to play with hansen. And the OP is obvously just trying to be annoying so who cares, and yes kesler carries him beacuse thats who played on a line with all last year....idiot.

He's money in the bank to RBC:

Having a tough guy image has helped Alex Burrows make a name for himself in the NHL. But off the ice, the Vancouver Canucks winger says only a fool would be too macho to ask for help with money management.

Shaken by horror stories of former players who squandered their fortunes, Burrows is a vocal advocate for financial restraint in a sport known for its fat pay and posh lifestyles. He preaches to both NHL and junior players alike about the importance of having a trustworthy banker to make the money last long after a short-lived hockey career.

Catering to the complex banking needs of pro athletes like Burrows has become big business for Canadian banks and the battle for those mega-rich clients is set to heat up this fall, the Star has learned.

The Royal Bank of Canada plans to drop the puck on a new hockey strategy in November designed to make its brand synonymous with the national sport.

RBC is preparing to go toe-to-toe with the Bank of Nova Scotia as it battles for the bragging rights of being this country's premier hockey bank.

Part of RBC's wide-reaching strategy involves the bank's Sports Professionals Team, which helps athletes like Burrows save, invest and plan for retirement.

Burrows, whose bank of choice is RBC, has learned the importance of financial restraint.

“I am just trying to live a normal life like someone making a lot less money — not spending money like a millionaire,” Burrows said.

“I got a nice car, obviously. I got a nice house. But we've got to make sure that we do smart things.”

RBC reportedly has 25 per cent of the NHL's players as clients and wants to expand its share of that lucrative market, according to a source.

That involves increasing its focus on junior players and its support of local hockey across Canada.....
