6'1 another RH C or RW with a deadly shot and a nose for the net. Not sold? Then look at his 26 G as a 16/17 yr old and already has 15 this year.
You may be right, but if I am nuts to not take him at 26, I am also nuts not to take him at 20.
He wont be there at 26, based on current performance.

You can certainly see the BC Boy/Vancouver Boy/WHLer/Bloodlines bias going on.....
Another guy worth mentioning, Tim Erixon, playing 24+ Minutes a game in the SEL as an 18 year old 91 Born, already has more points in his rookie season than Hedman did in his rookie season.

I was looking for him, but he wasn't on your list
Didn't Hedman play in the SEL last year, tho? Like 1 year younger?
EDIT: Yes, he played 39 games in the 2007/2008 season. Plus Hedman has a MUCH better defensive game from what I have heard.

If you want to change your vote to either of the new players, let me know and I can move your vote from one of your 5 to one of the new players.

Its interesting that nobody chose Erik Haula, guess nobody is aware of who he is.
Pretty good hockey player according to the finn fans. Not surprised that Casey Cizikas wasn't too popular, his stats are not all too good. bubnick and erixon I think will likely be better prospects tho, good idea on the switch.

If Bubnick fell to 26th, that would be a steal. He's kind of like a Kesler but with more offensive touch.

That would be a solid pick, 6'2 RH Canadian Centre who can shoot.
Can anyone give any insight on Landon Feraro, I don't understand how he's gotten so many more votes than some of these guys other than a bias.

feraro is getting a lot of vote for a few reasons
1- he's a gritty canadian kid
2- son of an nhler so people know the name
3- he plays in the dub
as for info
he's a gritty kid with good character, has speed to burn, goes into the corners and is pretty good in there, his skill is good enough to be getting a point a game as a 17 year old on an avg team in the dub, doesn't mind hitting, he's a good safe pick that will play a long time. i'd compare him to kesler, chimera, or lambardi

luongo win tracker- 3 down 47 to go imo lu will be the 1st goalie to 50 wins

I meant more like the Dwise, your right he isn't blazing but he isn't a sloth out there either. He has a good release and great shot and room to grow into his 6'2 frame

But of course he would be a little more of a project with his size but with us having Hodgson, we can give him as much time to adapt as he wants!

No he did not, he had 24 points in 54 games and was a -24.

He is a -10 so far this year. Now while his team sucks, I still think, from what I have seen/heard, he needs to work on his defensive game.
IMO He will be a second rounder. Maybe a late first rounder.

I'd have to agree that he is a 'tweener at this point.
