Craig Simpson's Obvious Distain for the Canucks

Jim Hughson HAS to talk about the Canucks to at least balance the coverage of the play for both sides. We all know he is a Canucks fan but he usualy does very well to be impartial. I'm finding that he has to defend the Canucks because all Craig can analyze is how great the Hawks/Blues are.
I've had enough of him already. Doesn't he realize he is on the CBC. A CANADIAN broadcast. You might want to praise at least a couple nice plays by the Canucks. I'd say 90% of the viewers would be watching as Canucks fans or bandwagoners.
Anyone else notice this? Where is the mute Craig Simpson button?

He was relentless in his Hawk love and gushing.
I would love to see Huey and Crow.

Who didn't love it, 15 years ago tonight, when Bure scored the goal, as Robson was calling it all you heard was "yeeeaahhh" in the background from Larscheid.

You're probably overreacting.

Canada trying to hang on, they're going to get a break! It's going to be a break!
It is Joe Sakic... SCORES! ...JOE ...SAKIC ...SCORES and that makes it 5-2 Canada...
Surely... that's gotta be it!

You would've heard Don Wittman on the CBC broadcast of that goal. Perhaps asking John Garrett or Marc Crawford to the booth would make the commentary a bit more Canuck-friendly.

Agreed. I dont mind that at all, I prefer a commentator without bias but Simpson pushed it tonight.
I was waiting for him to talk about how great the reach around Kane gave him was.
