SOTW - Week #29

RULES
- Only ONE entry allowed.
- Sig must be within board limits (400x200).
- Sig must be under two weeks old.
- No animations/video sigs.

DEADLINES
- Sigs must be in before FRIDAY. (this gives us time to get polls up)
- Voting goes on through the weekend, whoever the winner is on MONDAY morning will be declared that week's winner.

Can we make polls on CDC instead of on a third party site. (like SGFX)

you need a moderator to set up the polls, we had that the first week, but they don't have the time to do it every week, which is why we need a C&M mod
