Anyone know if Sportsnet may be airing any moose games now that the canucks are eliminated?

Maybe the score is doing some AHL Playoffs?

I would love the to watch Hodgson and the moose in the playoffs.

I'd probably take more interest in the Moose than the NHL playoffs. Well, probably not, but it'd be close!!

They are likely not going to air it....

With the Memorial cup starting today, which Sportsnet has exclusive rights for. They will be airing all those games rather than airing any moose/AHL games.
CDC GM Game Pool - Florida

Samuelsson (2.5) - Booth (4.25) - Stempniak (2.5)
MacArthur (1.4)- Tavares (.9) - Olesz (3.125)
Tim Kennedy (.85)- Nielsen (.525) - Rypien (.550)
Repik (.658)

Robidas (1.5) - Lydman (2.875)
Skrastins (1.375) - Allen (2.9)
Quincey (.525) - Skoula (.575)
Lebda (.650)

Miller (6.25)
Conklin (1.3)

Hopefully the Moose go all the way to the Cup final.

I remember last year I think it was, Sportsnet showed the Chicago Wolves vs .. whoever game. Remember specifically Krog scoring on a breakaway :P

You will be missed. Farewell and best of luck, Markus.

Okay?

What's your point?

That the Memorial Cup game is going to be on while the Moose game starts.... thanks for just agreeing with my point

Plus sportsnet would need to acquire the rights to air AHL games... which MAY happen next year with the Abbotsford Heat, but I highly doubt they will acquire the rights to play the conference finals and finals, as they have never done that in the past, as they have the rights to the Memorial Cup and have been very loyal to that.

Also a reminder that Sportsnet hasn't played a Canucks game since 04/11/09... so it's not like all of a sudden they have nothing to air on their station.

The Score used to show the occasional Marlie game, so they must have some AHL broadcasting rights (or maybe just for the Marlies).
However, I think they're more interested in showing NBA playoff games right now.

Salo should be making $1.5M, not $3.75M, especially when he is hurt. I like that Mitchell for Johnson proposal. Injecting youth into our defensive corps would be good for us. Johnson and Mitchell are similar players, Erik has more offensive upside though.

J Bo's a bum, Bieksa would mop the ice with him in most aspects of the game.

Dear CBC or The Score.
With Abbotsford, Manitoba, Hamilton, and Toronto, there is 4 teams in the AHL. How about signing a TV deal to broadcast AHL games? Especially in the Playoffs!
