i know people like doing it that way but i'm not sure i have enough time to update the trades all the time. I think it is way easier if we just pick

Yeah, good call.

Nice and simple.

Agreed. I don't want to get caught up in negotiations all the time and keeping track of where picks have gone.

I like this move from a franchise building prospective. From a marketing prespective in New York, Tavares maybe the better player. Either way good move.

Tampa Bay's in a difficult spot right now. With Lecavalier and Stamkos in the system, do they really want another franchise centerman in Tavares/Duchene? No trades puts them in quite a pickle. Quite a pickle indeed.

IMO JT is better suited to the wing at the NHL level, he is more of a trigger man, and would look excellent on Lecavalier or Stamkos' wing.

Duchene and Stamkos would be an exciting 1-2 punch, but lack size.

I think Tavares to TB makes sense.

Wait until the later rounds. Some people will forget about it and chicken will have to draft for them.

T'would be the team with the butt-ugly jerseys and the bleached blond playoff hair. Brampton Battalion.

Which two junior teams drafted Pat White?

Enough is enough, 22.5 hours is long enough.

The Atlanta Thrashers are awarded Evander Kane of the WHL's Vancouver Giants.

Roncee is on the clock.

I have PM'd him!

Dont forget to PM the next guy picking.

It helps if you mention you Pm's the next team in your post where you make your selection, as myself and Chickenman92 wont have to do it, or assume someone has been when they havent.

Also if you know you wont be around when your pick comes up, say if your picking 10th and the draft is on the 7th pick and you know you wont be able to reach a computer for 2 or 3 days, PM me a list of 2 or 3 players, to make sure you get who you want, not an auto selected player.

cheers
